Getting Ready to Cook
A few prep tasks you can do anytime beforehand to make your experience better.
combine 3 tablespoons (or 1 packet) of dry yeast with 1 cup of warm water until it foams, then mix in 1 cup of flour (this will probably be kind of gloopy) cover with a towel and place in the fridge — this will get some extra fermentation going for your dough
chop up any veggies you plan to use for toppings into fairly small pieces
go to the store and grab any items from our shopping list that you forgot
